How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your favorite products, add them to your cart, and proceed to secure checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at xryaofficial785@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we’ll deliver your XYRA favorites right to your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor the delivery.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain amount (check our homepage for current promo). Shipping fees for other orders are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real-time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We're so sorry! If your item arrives damaged, please email us at xryaofficial785@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or process a refund.
How do I request a refund?
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
